Before litter picking the lower heath common a short briefing will be given by Worcestershire county council staff and if you have not already signed a Worcestershire volunteers insurance form please do so before you litter pick.
This nature reserve project is so we can bring this area back to its natural beauty protecting and encouraging the wildlife to flourish. This cleanup project is going to take 2 years to complete and we are working actively with the local businesses, local residence, Worcestershire county council and Hartlebury common local group to achieve this huge goal to give nature a chance at repairing in this nature reserve.
We are asking any local businesses and residents to get involved by clearing up and maintaining their sites/properties on Sandy Lane industrial estate, help on the events that run for a couple of hours per event and business funding sponsors to enable us to hire waste disposal companies in order to for the project to be completed on time.
This project is in its first stages and will require 18 visits in total if we are going to achieve our goal by December 2020.
We will be having a few meeting alongside Worcestershire county council with Business owners and Residents. TBA location, date and time.
Together in true team spirit, we can make a difference. Whosin?
