The Pickup Artists have been supported by Costcutter on Lister Road to keep the local area litter free. Sivanandan Ampalam, manager of Costcutter spotted a Pickup Artist litter picking every morning while walking the dogs and asked what he could do to support the group. Together they have agreed Mr Ampalam would donate the money to buy the equipment required to sponsor a Pickup Artist and together with the support of Wyre Forest District Council, a road sweeper would clean the road monthly and the area will be litter free for all.
